Certainly nothing for employees in Central Europe. Most of their positions have been moved Bratislava. No new hires and a constant axe swinging over their heads.

I doubt it,. Most who work in international location are not employees. They ones that are, are not exempt employees, they are all hourly, including managers. Laws that govern those employees are not the same as in the US. And some country's are very particular when company's want to lay off employees.
