In-Home Experts are being moved to 1B position level. Sales Support Leads will remains 1A since they’re hourly and Managers will remain level 2. I wonder what the 1B pay scale will look like.

And this BS IHX salary crap relates to layoffs how??
Not going to 1B but the salary range is increasing and commission increasing next month.
I don’t think they could get away with making some IHX 1B and leaving others 1A. It should be organization wide
Is this for a certain area or IHX wide?
Just heard on a call that compensation changes were coming in the next 30 days that IHX will be excited about. I guess this is what they were talking about
