Does anyone know what severance package is for someone with 4 years of service U band? Insurance extension?

If you leave on your own do it at the beginning of the month so you get a months worth of benefits.
Nike is bloated with Directors and who they report to. To much redundancy and people make up things to do so they can check it off their review. The review is a waste of time. The majority get a “S” rating worth 3% increase because managers have to force rank to meet the bell curve. 3% increase when you are making $ 20,000 a year is low but 3% if making $120,000 or more like most Directors it’s serious money.
Still passive aggressive behavior happening and as usual people getting away with it because HR/ER investigates and turns it over to the manager. Most managers believe what they hear from the person being investigated and let it go. It’s still a bad joke.
Last year they were "offering" one month's pay for every two years at Nike.
I'd say don't get your hopes up for even that.
