This group is hiring h1bs, beware
Its a good group. Everyone carries their weight and all the engineers are pretty strong. Management is decent and cares about the team. There are usual concerns about moves to QIPL, workload, supporting all the customers etc.
I know they’ve bled engineers for the past 6 months, but I don’t think that’s different from the rest of the company. And like the rest of the company, there’s a push to move everything to QIPL.
All that said, the technology is pretty interesting.
