I think the coaches are busy enough without the extra 20 hours plus a month they had to do for the audits
HCCP have discontinued coach audits and self audits
Snp coaches are not doing away with audits. The expectation is 3 per day minimum.
If coaches to not have to do team audits then they will have a lot more time on their hands. Do you think they will need as many coaches? Just wondering
Recent email stated that they are doing away with coach audits and self audits. Now we just have to deal with the audit team's reviews.
We now get at least two MET reviews and one coach review every month. For the past three months I have gotten 4 MET reviews and one coach review per month. The new evaluation process works to my advantage
