I've had enough. Customer service has only seemed to step of the lies to customers and we techs have been directed to do the same which I want no part of it. Been a tech for 7 years and will be out if I have to say "you want fries with that?" Am so embarrassed to have work for sbc...oops, I mean att, but at least I've saved my integrity from this conniving and corrupt company. You do know that when you sign a service contract you are signing away the right to class action lawsuits regardless how harsh the infraction and your personal info is now in 7 different countries that have no retaliatory laws. just saying. Don't believe me? look it up for yourself. I for one will never use their services ever again and would probably be happy paying more just to avoid.
