Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Apple,Yahoo,Google, I could list companies for the next hour that pay good salaries, benefits, have a good work environment, and ARE NOT unionized. Unions were needed 100 years ago, not today. CWA cares about 1 thing---putting your hard earned dues money in their pockets.
What would a union represented position look like without the union?
Most if us would be contractors or making 12 bucks an hour with even sh--ter healthcare and benefits.

This is a good decision. If there’s an existing arbitration agreement it almost always prevails over a lawsuit.
