now, now- I think we can have some empathy for the once exceptional. The post does make the point that exceptionalism is folly (as for the grammer, the letter from Sacco and Vanzetti was a gramatical mess, but it made its point).

The fact remains, everyone has an expiration date. You don't know yours. That's the difference between the angry person posting and everyone who is left behind- the angry person just learned of their expiration date.

The ONLY take away from this is to leave follett. The job market is OK. You can find a better company (be careful, you can find a worse company, too). Use recruiters, Linkedin, Glassdoor. follett is a terrible place to work. follett holds loyalty for no employee. We're all equal in that regard.
