New unlimited plan is MORE expensive ??

Who the heck is running the ship. Customers already b--ch about the high price, now it's getting higher?

Good luck with that.

our goal is to confuse dumb customers by thinking they are signing up for kinda unlimited to really unlimited and charging them more than they thought. by the time they realize it, it will be too late and they would have paid a year of something they don't need including extra data and a f-c-ing HUM.

So we went from multiple plans, to one size fits all, back to multiple plans?

Data will be throttled at 75gb versus 21-25gb on other carrier and plans. It just allows flexibility for those who use a lot of data.

For those who don’t require that much data have lower tiers to choose from but maintain the same network reliability.

What is the downside to this?

AT&T, unlimited talk, text and 1gig of data $30/mo. Hard to beat that price point no matter how good your network is.
