Can anyone elaborate on what the 2018 CPP bonus plan is? Obviously it’s not on starting line and my CPP made bonus last period solely on DIFM sales, SPH was taken out of the equation. Well this period he has received 0 bonus communication even though DIFM sales were 130% above target and his paycheck doesn’t reflect any bonus. Just trying to iron out the details here.

There is no bonus. Pay attention.
Look for more out of the box thinking and solutions from you upper management team! We are always working to improve the CPP bonus plan so that the management team gets their own big slice of the pie and the CPP team gets the crumbs!
A bonus plan we can all be proud of that rewards us all for the hard work you do. So keep slinging those batteries!
What? you expect the geniuses in raleigh to share anything with anyone else?
Maybe they will give you free stocks in place of the bonus. Just to boost their stock.
More company Shenanigans...…. if Advance figures out this is costing them real money to bonus anyone it will be restructured. The idea of more sales to generate a bonus seems like a great incentive but is more of a carrot being dangled in front of your face.
