Wow, those public service workers, with exception of the crooked politicians who ride off the backs of the rest of us sure don't benefit from our higher salaries. I guess we aren't working hard enough to keep all the working cops off of public assistance food stamps and prevent the firemen from working second jobs.
The wealthy, the 1% are the ones with the power and control. They have greedily milked dry just about everything they can and in the process exposed how they have manipulated many systems in the U.S., resulting in a broken nation.
Greed is the problem, but it is the way of the world in this global economy and has become the new normal. It has always existed, but not to the same degree it does now. Corruption runs many governments across the globe and over the years, this corruption and greed has spread like a virus.
Cop,firemen,politician.........never have to worry about layoffs...........they ride on the backs of us
working stiffs .
The new age has no corporate careers anywhere. Technology and business turnover moves much too fast now- anticipate either working for yourself and jumping to several companies during a career.
