The company official responsible for hiring Cohen, senior executive vice president Bob Quinn, is retiring, Stephenson said. Quinn accompanied Stephenson to meet with the president-elect at Trump Tower in January 2017 — 11 days before AT&T hired Cohen.

The same day Stephenson and Quinn (the man who’s “retiring”) met with Trump who else do you think was there? Was it perhaps Michael Cohen? Just days later they inked an agreement with him.
Randall’s job is at risk. No doubt about it. The only reason he hasn’t been fired errr “retired” is because of the merger. Once approved he’ll be ousted.
