I’m letting you all know now- matter of respect is the same as hr/Er! Nothing will change.
If you were part of the NA during the reorg- you like me- got screwed! BS promoted his friends.... classic Nike! He influenced the process.

He moved multiple friends into roles they weren’t qualified for! The team listened to him- although they are all friends with him
