Broken licensing model defended by legal team that is on a losing streak which includes RIMM, commodity chipset market compete on price versus low cost structure competitors, highly focused on Chinese handset manufacturers and Chinese market both looking for solutions outside of QCOM, inability to monetize new technology/application processor, engineering talent running out the door, NXP is a boat anchor, immaturity at executive level causing poor decisions when they are in fact made...the list goes on but please do not forget to vote white.
Lots of second or third tier school graduates who think they are the best in class.
Incompetent executive leadership
