I heard that the total number of cuts was 10% which works out to around 700 heads
Anyone else have thoughts on the number of cuts ? Any regional information ?

At those numbers It’s usually business to business lawsuits not emoloyment ones
For employment ones, . That’s just sloppy employment practices treating people differently it must just drive compliance CrAZY. They USually find out after the firing layoff or resignation how corrupt the action was then the start the exsplaining,,, (making justification up real time) . Sabre is low class mgmt style like everyone was from Oklahoma and hated all but white men.
Every company in the world has a 1000 lawsuits going on. That's just business.
Sabre does not obey any federal or state laws. That’s why it has more than a thousand ongoing lawsuits. I heard aroubd 500 laid off.
Each State has WARN laws. In Texas, Sabre would have to notify the Texas Workforce Commission if the layoff was 10% or higher of the total company employee count. This would have hit all media outlets and been reported publicly.
I suspect Sabre gets around doing this often (because it publicizes their failure of making money) by doing frequent and small layoffs below the WARN level and branding it to employees as "managing the business." I'm not sure if the Texas Workforce Commission monitors companies that try to game the WARN law by doing many smaller ones. I wonder what the total number of layoff's have been a Sabre for 2018 so far? Do you think it adds up to 10% of the employment-population?
None in mvd
Maybe 10% of senior principals. Definitely targeted at that level.
That is wholly inaccurate. Not even close.
It was very small, not even 5%
