Kinda gives you a glimpse into the mind of a proximity C/S when there are 60-100 job postings and no one wants them, doesn't it...

Some great stories behind each one. Two of my co-workers had to compete for 1 position and one got an offer, the other didn't. A 3rd rep has since left the company and the rep that didn't have an offer was told they couldn't post for the job opening for the 3rd reps position unless they were willing to move into the new territory. Did I mention that the company hasn't told local management what the territories are yet? Also, ours is a rural state with minimal traffic issues so it wouldn't matter if they were 10 miles out of the territory or 30. Everything is an hour away so where you live is not important.
But for anyone else out there, go ahead and post for the jobs on My Block because there is a lot of security into the distant future in Proximity.
