If we were to find out at a town hall, which I doubt, are supposed to be told to call in? And if so, when will we get this communication? I don’t doubt dsd is ending, don’t believe we will find out as some are describing. Guess tomorrow we will see?
I doubt Store lvl knows yet if it’s true I’m sure their home office knows but the team will find out first like Kellogg’s and you will have to relay at store lvl
If your Kroger info is legit which I think it is then nabisco 60 day job notice is going to be announced soon if not tomorrow at town hall dsd is dead game over hit send
I was told by Kroger management that they received an email and they're taking over ordering and merchandising at the end of July 2018.

Nothing mandatory for us tomorrow. Nothing to worry about folks. We're committed to DSD anyways. I have friend's in upper management and they would have told me. We'll be here for year's to come. Just because Keebler left doesn't mean we're leaving. Nabisco has more power brands than Keebler did.
Just talked to a former Kellogg sales rep he doesn’t recall them saying it was mandatory until about mid day and he said it was similar to the last post “make sure your on the town hall”
Can’t remember if someone told me if it was mandatory but I know for a fact it was a tall hall I remember the KELLOGG rep texting me after it happened......I think it was more like a “make sure your all the call this afternoon “ from there boss

Town halls are not a mandatory thing they will not announce anything through a town Hall
Why would we all be in on a town hall conference? That is an optional informational forum, not a requirement.
Those of us that worked for helloggs thought the conference call Feb 7th, was to inform us on who was buying us,2 minutes later we were informed that we no longer would have jobs.I hope Nabisco handles it better.Prior we were told snack division was a money maker,and we were secure in our position as part of the hellogg family.
It most definitely would be the forum you wouldn’t do it any other way on a dsd exit you have everybody together at one time on a town hall just like Kellogg’s did

Very true! Regional has done it in the past but DSD has never been completely eliminated. Just downsizing. Be prepared on Monday!!!
Has to be announced on a national......regional would mean some people would find out it different times
By the way Kelloggs was told on a town hall not by HR and they thought it was a regular town hall and it was the announcement they were leaving DSD. Sooo that is false info by everyone saying it was a surprise it was a National call on surprise was what came during

Bologna! Keebler did not find out during a town hall! They were blindsided by a conference call, they had no advance warning.
The town hall Monday is routine and will have no relevance to a decision on dsd!
I agree with the last post nabisco doesn’t want to publicly come out in advance and tell you about the hr meeting they will announce that at your town hall meeting. From what I was told internally
U will be notified of dsd being eliminated by town hall meeting same way Kellogg did hr will fill in more specific details afterwords nabisco has to give 60 days notice u will find out Monday. Stop the nabisco cheerleading on here game is soon to be over
There is no HR follow up. These people are idiots! It’s a town hall like all others. Dsd won’t be discussed. When we are “let go”, because I firmly believe it is going to happen, it will be handled by HR, not by a sales director during a town hall. Those posts are by outsiders trying to create a stir, ignore them. Misery loves company and they must be lonely.
I've haven't received anything about a call from HR afterwards. What part of the country received this?
The meeting will be about dsd and that it’s ending my guess August 1st. All the signs are there same way Kellogg went down. Plus having an hr call after words is very telling dsd is ending don’t be like the fool nabisco cheerleader on here who trying to tell u otherwise the game is over like somebody said hit send on your resume
Nothing about dsd will be discussed! Not the forum, thise folks don’t know what they are taking about but they can see Monday. Any information regarding job cuts will come through HR and will be read off a paper.
Guess we'll find out Monday what Glenn Walter has to say. I don't believe that Dirk will be on the call. Just Glenn. I doubt if we get any info on DSD.
I wouldn’t believe a thing dirk said at all its all about preventing mass exodus that the only thing dirk concerned about that and giving u 60 day notice I was told expect a follow up meeting from hr after the town hall meeting dsd is dead my guess aug 1 st just like Kellogg did I wouldn’t believe any of the smoke coming out of dirk mouth
We are not going anywhere people. Monday is only a townhall and means zero. If anything happens it won’t be til September when dirk said they would talk about the company strategy.
Why would be told of a hr meeting after the town hall meeting this is exactly how Kellogg did it when they decided to leave dsd. Don’t believe the nabisco cheerleader on here dsd is dead.

Wrong! Town hall will have zero to do with any type of announcement!! That is an HR matter and would be handled by HR. Whoever keeps posting that is apparently an outsider with no idea how things are handled within our organization. Not saying dsd isn’t ending, just saying your wrong about any announcement coming from a Town Hall!
