What does core qct mean? Is autonomous driving a part of it? Is Corp r&d a part of it?
Autonomous also had huge licensing problems. Q cannot get its head out of the past when it licensed the be-jeezus out of everything. Auto makers are not going to accept their industry being hijacked by Qs licensing.
