Sorry, Mark. You have only touched the tip of the iceberg on the bully club in this company. TE had a lot of Yes-MEN riding his coat tails while they trampled on employees who didn't wear the correct brand of jeans. No Finish Line (yet).

"Mark Parker, Nike’s chief executive, apologized to employees and said that departures related to the company’s broad investigation into workplace behavior would be completed by this week."

The purge ends this week? And 43k employee complaints? skeptical Nike not truly committed to fixing the cultural problems.

Many other locations besides WHQ. Being away from WHQ managers get away with being poor or abusive managers and very little is done. Employees see it and know they better not say anything. ER and HR take to long and then it’s upto the persons manager to decide what to do. Majority of the time very little is done. If you are a manager working at WHQ but the majority of your team is in another state there is no way you can know what’s really going on because you not see it and you only get updates and bias information from one manager.

CFE is a joke. Nike you are better than this so why are we behind other companies.

Lots of ageism and it’s acceptable. The jokes and comments about age and how long your tenure maybe and that you haven’t moved up to Director. It s---s

I hope they don’t forget to look into the bully’s at Converse. Not only the ones that have been sent over from Nike, but take a good hard look at the management, including females. The morale has to be at an all time low.
