Wondering if any other club are experiencing attendance issues ?? Not being held accountable for attendance anymore??
I have seen new associates that have call in 3 or more times before their 90 days and have not been let go???
Been w company over 20 years and never seen this problem. They should be coached or let go.
I have asked about this problem but said that if we fired or let them go and then we are down another associate .
Same at my club they let the newer associates get away with calling out all the time, being late, and leaving early daily. But the associates that have been there longer than a year get held accountable for their attendance. This is also the same for productivity. Those who do less than the bare minimum are never held accountable. So then those like 5 people who do what they are supposed to get to pick up the slack for the lazy associates. And heaven forbid one of those 5 associates has a bad day or is sick and isn’t working their normal pace.
It happens in my club. I’ve been held accountable, but the other people I work with are shocked because they haven’t been.
I say favorites for sure.
Hummm favorites or favors if you know what I mean.
At my club we had one person let go because of attendance. Then they were hired back after 6 months. They started calling off yet again but only to be promoted to team leader. It's a joke. The only reason this person became a team leader no one wants to work for our manager at night. Plus theres favorites between her and the manager.
Our club holds people accountable
for their attendance, dress code,
and CBLTraining. Everyone knows the expectations.
Attendance at my club is a complete joke!!!
They can no call no show at our club and never get a write up. Let somebody that’s been employed several years... and it’s a whole different story.
yea ..its about the same at the club i work at ..the turnover is so high they cant afford to let the ones thats willing to stay go ..i just dont get that place anymore ...smh
