We are tired of being told it's going to pickup and yet work gets slower. We want to know when locomotive production will end and how many people will be layed off.

Bombardier is going to buy locomotive and all of you in Erie will be layed off.
You can't handle the truth
Expect everything to be spin until a decision is made on the sale of the business. The new owner and leadership team will want a part in the final decision of what happens. This is likely why things are confusing at this point.
