Oil price goes up above USD80 per barrel. Everything is going well and it may hit USD 100 per barrel....but it's also mean that after this up swing, there will be a down swing again......layoff again, fire again, project cancel again....repeat the cycles again. So, just enjoy what you are having now.

Well we decided rather than b--ch and moan, we'd be a bit more positive and try and improve our situation, and now its paying off. Orders are flowing in, production is far more efficient and money is good. The future is ours, so if you want it good, put the effort in and realise your goals.
