You have to have a parachute to have a “soft landing” otherwise it is a really bad day. The only ones with those are the executive team.

Oh that’s right. That’s only implied from the bottom up. From the top down it’s all secrecy, lies, and BS.

Exporting talent while taking a soft landing is not a bad thing.
Counterpoint: CHK is succeeding in providing other E&P companies excellent employees that have left. That's something to hang your hat on.
