Certainly not its employees. I don't understand how a company of this size, history and national presence can make thousands of employees be on edge day after day, night after night worrying about their job and future. It is not right. The absolute definition of mental cruelty.

Making life go right....down the toilet.
They're not making lives better for customers either. Their service pretty much s---s these days.
As far as I can tell, they no longer do anything well except for being extremely wealthy based upon their glory days and lots of long-term investments.
