How many night crews still have to do cat. 48, we do and since fresh is getting raises then why should we still be stocking bakeries items for them. Just another slap in the face to the night crew. Unless we are going to be included in the raise structure then shouldn't bakery be responsible for stocking there own merchandise. We are just the low life's of the club and anyone can do our job.

Giving bakery another associate and taking one away from nights is the dumbest comment on this thread! Our nights shift is already short handed so that won't work for our club but thanks for the suggestion! Smh...
It got moved to days in my club.
You literally stock items for a fresh department and think you deserve more... Bakers and wrappers are at the same pay level as a cashier so don’t think you’re special just because you put out frozen bakery items...
Wow! Still trolling all these posts and calling everyone a snowflake. What a loser. 🤣
Well if you insist they can put it on the bakery and give them an extra associate and get rid of an over night associate. In other words be careful what you wish for snowflake.
over nights does 48 in our club and gets the frozen bread out so it will be ready to bake when bakery folks come in.....
Since you don't work in the area during the day then you don't see what they have to deal with all day. Getting a raise does not give you more time to do extra. Their raise is due to the club recognizing what they do day in and day out. People can come on here and complain, but I know what I'm saying. I have worked overnights, I have worked in fresh and many other departments. Fresh does deserve their raise.

We have a lady part time over night that doesn’t it. But that is her job
