SF requires execs to retire by a certain age. They can get board approval to extend up to their next birthday past that age, but it is rare.

Ed retired as President and CEO around the time he turned 65 in 2015. He remained Board Chairman until 2016. He is retired and has more money than he knows what to do with. No matter how long Tipsord stays his replacement will not be Rust.
