Has anyone heard about the door greeters handling debit and credit returns instead of member service??? The whole thing sounds fishy to me.

Our door greeters run away in circles and scream COS COS COS. all while breaking their hips. Every time someone has a return

Yes, door greeters will be able to do some refunds. Greeters will only be able to do debit and charge card returns since they will be credited back to the account. No money will change hands.

Yes. The 75yr olds and up will be using the new age technology to do the returns. You might be the biggest moron on this site
