I'm an HOURLY (according to my CM) so I have 2 interviews on Wednesday, another good worker is gone....... pray for my old club. I'm not the only good worker leaving.

I'm the person who wrote the original post, yes I agree with all the post..... I'm leaving because, of my manager just referring to me as an "Hourly"! He didn't call me "an HOURLY associate", just, an HOURLY!!!!! If that doesn't upset you, then you are a robot drinking the walmart/Sam's club water.
Duh! It's not the same person writing every post. And I totally agree. MOST of the younger generation, or atleast the ones I work with, don't have ambition or drive to better themselves. They call in all the time and do a crappy job when they are there. Oh, and they run their mouth when they have absolutely no clue what they are talking about. Glad the initial poster is doing much better after leaving.

That's exactly right. While all of us GREAT workers are being let go, you know, the ones who never call in, who are very knowledgeable about several areas, who have always been dedicated associates, etc., etc., etc., the remaining ones are the ones that will be screwed. I can bet the ones who wrote the negative comments are millinials who, the majority, have zero work ethic. Here's some advice to them. If by some slim chance you're not still living at home, tell mommy and daddy to save you a spot. LMAO!
