Agree the quality of the employees has been terrible last few years, but I don't blame the workers, I blame the company. If you pay garbage, you get garbage, Advance forced out all the knowledgeable full time employees and hired minimum wage part time workers. All I can say is they got what they paid for and the competition is laughing all the way to the bank.

NAPA and others dominate commercial sales. Once Amazon fully implements their auto parts segment, the AAP retail segment will disappear as well. Why anyone works here is surprising. Then again, they are not the sharpest parts people and are willing to settle for the paltry wages.

NAPA has always been in the forefront of the commercial market!

Advance in most large commercial customers is not even considered a commercial supplier.

Advance bought a commercial parts supplier to try and buy a chunk of the commercial market and didn’t have the brains to hold onto it!

They are standing outside the commercial business looking through the window and trying to figure out how to get in. What a total waste of time , energy and money!

They always have and always will. This company wants you focused on shooting outs, setting planograms, completing cycle counts and take care of the DIY with 2 people. Then your cam calls and ask you what happened to sales, really?

Yeah and they wonder why we are losing the commercial accounts. The DIY is not going keep this company afloat like they think. It is going to continue to decrease each year due to cars being harder to work on.

Advance is cutting us down to Two drivers and Taking a vehicle away to save money. The others have 5 drivers and 5 vehicles most of the time!
