Does anyone know when we are getting the packet that we are supposed to sign and send back so that we get our severance pay. We were told we would have it by the end of the month so we could get payed as close to the 31st as possible. Gettting near the end and still have not seen it. Anyone got it yet?

I too am so happy I left. No more stomach issues, headaches. I have lost 9lbs which concerned me from not running around the 250+sq foot building. Key is I am eating better, regular meals, walk the dogs to get the exercise. My family couldn't be happier having me home, my home improvements are finally happening. That job was toxic and I was a workaholic....took getting out of the rat race to see it. What was once devastating news is now a reality that I was one of the lucky ones
I have gotten nothing yet. I filed my unemployment though.
i got mine on the 29th.
I’m so happy I left. My migraines have all but left. I have started sleeping again. My family is starting to recognize me again and I have quit smoking. I have lost 5 lbs and more to go. I did not know how toxic my job was. I loved it so much.
I'm super jealous because I stayed and wish like hell I took the money and ran!!!!!
Yes, one would not get a severance package letter/agreement before being gained out, for legal reasons. Do not expect it before April 9th
I was told it would be 6-8 weeks after you signed it before you get paid. You know WM. They will hold our money as long as they can.
I was never told it would be "as close to the 31st as possible". I was told about 4 weeks, which would match up with what @hed said.
Don’t know about salaried but the office clerks didn’t get theirs till the week after they were gained out. Then it was 1-3 weeks for them to get their money depending on when they sent it back in the pay period.
