The fact that layoffs have been a trend with this company for the last several years is disturbing. Many people that have been with the company for years are now looking to leave. It is sad to watch this unfold. I do not see a bright future for Enbridge if they do not start taking better care of its people. I wish everyone the best if they decide to stay. Things may turn around, but I have seen enough over the last year and I am done. I hope that the leadership at Enbridge gets their heads out of the sand. I looking for an out, and hope that those who wish to stay the best.

I’m curious to know what level of people are leaving? Is it across the board or lower level folks?
I can’t imagine there are senior level folks wanting out?
Why is it that Enbridge’s former leaders got it so wrong when they put the current crop of leaders in place? Our former leaders did so much so well. But they really dropped the ball when the put the likes of Al Monico in charge.
