It is quite apparent that all of you complaining about “Fresh”, have
never worked in the depts. their training is not CBLs. It is an 18 month program. You need to pass
all requirements. When have you worked in bakery during the Holidays? Or helped in meat during
their busy seasons, Memorial Day -
Labor Day and then the holidays?
When have you helped produce
rotate stock, pull what does not meet our standards? Floor associates work hard regardless of your area (. f/e, h/l, center, etc). But the fact is MEMBERS BY FOOD !!!
They are not buying a cell phone , tv, jewelry, or tablet everyday.
Look at your sales for your area.
Probably spend more on payroll in your area then you did in sales.
Everyone works hard, but you need the focus on the most income producing area.
