CB&I is the most unethical, unprofessional and corrupt company I have ever seen. They told me I was eligible for rehire. Do not know why they think I would work for them again.

That is typical CB&I employee's experience in a nutshell. I do not how long I will have to put-up with this state of affairs but this is the company culture fostered by senior management and nurtured by HR\Legal.

It hurts when a company cuts you loose , but don't take the millennial low road- blaming everyone else, look in the mirror, answer your own questions. Then put it behind you- look to the future- get moving- go out and find another job. You'll feel better!
No they are not unethical because they let me go. They are unethical because management is greedy and lacks in experience.

There won’t be a CB&I for anybody to work but a McDermott contaminated with CB&I crap. How this buyout go through is yet to be seen despite top executives are MDR biased.
