Apparently I am further behind the times thanI had imagined. I was aware that job levels were referred to by numbers 1 through 7. But. I see here people referring to job levels by a letter designation. ie A B or C . Is that now how job levels are referenced? Are there then 7 letters in the level system or has the whole level system been revamped I me left behind?.........

Levels 1-4 A
Levels 5-6 B
Levels 7 C
And a few positions have diffrent rates as well
Thanks for the responses. This is an example of one of the biggest issues I have had over the years. When the company changes policy in a way that personally affects each person our local management rarely lets us know. Especially if it is something good for associates. There have been several times when a change would make the lives of associates easier but the management chose to conceal the information.
C is team lead
It was revamped a year or 2 ago! No there are not 7 levels. Almost everything is an A which is the lowest paying level you can get until this year with certain fresh associates getting bumped to higher pay grades.
