Most of problems are negitive rph

I agree with them on principle ... just not on airing in front of staff

Store leaders meaning managers? Heh. If I called out my DL wouldnt have a CLUE how to cover me in a pinch. She literally only knows what she can see on a CAR about the register. She couldn't quick pick her way out of a paper bag. I've seen her 3 times in 3 months, she has 10 stores. 20 direct reports. Her life isn't so bad. Unavailable on weekends, unavailable after 5pm. Please tell me how hard their lives are.

Hard not to admit defeat when you have to do two jobs in one, store leaders need to be babysat and you work 60+ hrs a week to deal with the workload.
