After having been laid off in 2014 and back 3 times as a contractor, but also working for other companies in the meantime, Cisco is a great place to work. They offer flexibility and work/life balance. I have supportive team members and miss Cisco every time I have to leave. Would love to get back her permanently.

Not sure what your problem is. I have a good salary, huge flexibility and great colleagues. I have the best work life balance I've ever had. It's certainly the best place I've worked. If you are naive enough to believe a job is for life then you probably wouldn't want to work at Cisco.

Employers pay an “application” fee to be considered for these lists. They aren’t as unbiased as they seem.
Voting bots
There are entire organizations with absolutely zero work. Protected due to relationships with Senior Leadership, and rewarded with stock/promotions based solely on friendships. Cisco makes the government look efficient.
You don't know how chilled out people are in certain BUs. Getting paid while I chill out, I would give 10/10
