Thread regarding Follett layoffs

Just looking for advice

Our SM is on leave. The CM and ASM are each covering parts of the SMs duties. They disagree on who should do the yelling and screaming and throwing of things. Neither one of them wants to do this but it seems like Follett requires it as all of the reports to HR have come to nothing. 3 people have quit due to the yelling and throwing and verbal abuse, and the CM and ASM like their employees so they don't want to continue the trend. Please let me know who is responsible for this apparently standard Follett task.

Wow. This is a stupid question. The answer is obvious. They take turns. Monday, Wednesday, Friday - the ASM yells and throws. Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday - the CM yells and throws. There, I set schedule for your store to complete this important task. Make sure they use a condescending tone when yelling, and several times a week the need to berate staff on sales floor in front of customers, to be in compliance with Follett policy.

Yes, schedule so you don't fail on living the values! Remember, we value each and every (f---ng useless) associate! HR will support you 100%. That's how you earn you promotion to the Ivory Tower!

It may be helpful to schedule a block of time each day (or at the very least weekly) to be compliant on the required berating of the associates. We wouldn't want to drop the ball in the absence of said over-achieving manager. So, schedule the time and scream away.
