It was announced that one of the call center presidents was moving to the retail side of Verizon with no word on replacement. This seems like a pretty good indicator of the center closing. Anyone have more info.?

Kwame? Wasn't president of a single call center. He was the regional director. He just sat in the Murphreesboro site. People move between sides all the time. Simmer down.
