He just released it. They are discussing on trying to manage the company in a "More Contemporary and Modern Way." Each business as its own center of gravity and a light touch from corporate.
In my opinion, it sounds to me like they are getting ready to break up GE and have each of the businesses be its own public company with its own stock just like they did with BHGE. When they do this it will be interesting to see what becomes of the pension.
Also, they discussed old liabilities from buying/ selling legacy businesses which continue to haunt GE such as the long term care insurance and mortgage units which have been recent surprises.

Bet you he was too busy trying to sell another business or work out plans for more layoffs due to the urgent cash needs we have.
Feels like we are on a downward spiral.
Some think that he might be a Surgeon/ Undertaker leader and not a Viaionary/ Turnaround one. We will see if the mothership survives in a single piece or just in parts.
