I have a feeling Verizon will be closing more stores and letting go of more reps. Im in the midwest and half our reps are getting written up for BS we never did before. That is what they did at Sprint when I was there and when they had layoffs in order to save money. Really shaddy stuff. I am hoping they do in some ways.

This isn’t speculative. This rep is giving you first hand experience. I’m sure there are hundreds of reps that can say the same thing but “Verizon give them their self worth” so they won’t.

This is so true. I noticed since I started 7 years ago that management likes to play mind games with its reps like you owe them all the time and theyre making you big favors. Eventually if youre needy for money, they break you down and have you by the balls. Its horrible. This is how you torture someone.
Something is very off, I agree. I had been making quota for months with all positive coachings and I was told halfway through the month I would PIPed if I don't hit 100%. Three other reps had the same talk, one of them is already on a PIP. They are being absolutely ruthless.
