Any thoughts on way they but a hold on the PCS today ? This is crazy !!

PCS is personalized call scheduling. We were using it on those members who need follow up calls prior to Model Of Care call. We were told that all members would be on this schedule by 2019. We were pushed to use it as much as possible and then the brakes were put on to reevaluate. So many of us are so behind on our rosters right now. I welcome the reevaluation!

What is PCS?
There was an email that went out around noon as to why. We moved a tin of members more than they expected so fast so they want to stop and make sure things go smoothly with what we have done and look for pain points since all members will be PCS by beginning of year
