Has anyone noticed the managers do nothing but bark orders, and want to blame everything on workers. They threaten to coach for not getting plus and credit and they themselves can’t get one either. Then they wonder why turnover is at a all time high. There’s no respect from these so called managers now in the clubs.

Oh we must have hit a nerve you think it’s cute telling a 20 plus to get back to work, I bet your mama is so proud of you, now shut the f--- up and get back to your 8x10 (OFFICE) and let us do our f---ing job. Remember this your associates can make are break you. Quote from Sam your associates are your best asset treat them well and your business will thrive, but I guess you would throw his old a-- out as well.
Caught all of you! Get back to work you pos hourlies... smh there's a reason you all are not managers. I'm 24 and bark orders at 20 plus year associates twice my age because we are hired by Wal-Mart to run a god damn business. Don't like it gtfo there's the door!

Don’t worry wait till they get that first visit, right now they think they are the elite managers, hand picked for success. They’ll soon realize that they are a dime a dozen, let them put in 15 years and the ax drops on them.
Our club assistant managers are horrible. I have no idea how they even got to where they are with the company. The lack of respect is so bad. Its shocking and embarrassing the stupidity that they uphold. Our club manager caters to them, and makes him look bad. Oh well!
We used to have a good manager who would make plus credit and scan&go fun. He had a personality that was easy to perform for. now we have b---s--- managers i wish they would quit already. The fresh manager is beyond horrible all she does is gossip and shop when our GM is off. Leadership is gone down the tubes.

Our Club also. We get told that we must meet goals that are ridiculously hard to achieve. I think they are applying pressure to force some of us to quit our jobs that way there would be no severance paid out. 😒
