More jobs going over seas in operations. Anything that doesn’t have to be done in the US will eventually be gone. They can hire 5 there for what it cost them here for one.
Other areas are loosing work that are being out sourced to RR Donnelley, that will cut at least 500 people.
After almost 25 years I will be displaced or impacted as it’s called. No I’ll feelings just disipointed.

So unreal what the company has become. Forced to go out get new accounts rain snow it dint matter. Those people perform which are now getting fired or the hammer handed to them day in and out. I think the trumpeter should impose a 500% tariff on wages that are going out of the USA. They get a big tax break and just keep sending our jobs to them.
If companies really wanted to treat employees right they would impose a percentage difference between the highest and lowest total compensation ranges. out. CEO gets 30% plus so does the janitor.
Maybe all you Wells Fargo Employees should just walk out for a day and see what happens then. It might open some eyes.
The shareholder meeting yesterday perversely and overwhelmingly approved the board and executive pay. How unjust.
