As GD said, its already set aside for NXP or stock buybacks. Anyway, dont need the expensive US engineers, given they have no strategic plans for engineering. Its all M & A now.

Hope NXP doesn't happen, if there are going to be layoffs either way then let it be the case where NXP doesn't happen, in the scenario where NXP happens, all the bottomline in US locations will be fried and the top bosses will be counting the $s as is the case always
