This is good example of why Qualcomm is a mess. The same people planning this are planning Qualcomm business future.

Here we go again -HR taking very unintelligent and very insensitive actions - take a look again at QCs senior HR leader and team -current leader -education from Redlands post QC employment and prior experience from Manpower -that is EVP of HR for a fortune 500 company ???- doesn't come close to the pedigree of other QC HR leaders ----seemed QC used to value education and experience even for HR .....based on what I heard about the prior EVP of HR was highly educated with BS,MS and PhD from a real universities and great work experience prior to QC...how else would such insensitive actions take place¿??
