Oracle Austin invites you to our annual talent show: Oracle's Got Talent!

This is our second annual talent show, and it's always a fun way to get people to break out of their shell and share a laugh. Whether you enjoy stand-up comedy, dancing, or singing – we are looking forward to each of you displaying your own twist of talent.

Oracle's Got Talent! will take place on Friday, June 1st from 4-6 p.m. in the W1078 Training Room.

Auditions will take place on May 2nd and 3rd from 3-5 p.m. in the W1078 Training Room as well.

*Note: If you are not located at the new Lakeshore office, we will also accept video submissions. Please send them to Faraz Hemani.

Oracle is basically organized crime.

Oracle expects to live of cloud fraud, the kids are just there to make it seem like oracle is a legitimate company, sort of like the mob running a laundry as a store front

You have a campus where the average age is 24 and millennials make up 85% of the personnel in the building. This is the new workforce culture. Adapt or retire.

You kiddies are in for rough awakening. There is a reason why the turnover rate is 62%.

This will be the death of Oracle. You can't just hire a bunch of cheap kids out of school, give then some scripts to go through and then expect great sales results.

They will be no more successful than instituting random robo-calls to customers.

I'm auditioning. I am doing a musical based on the script of the last layoff robocol. It's called "Today is Your Last Day At Oracle, The Musical."

If you are selected to be in the talent show on June 1, does that mean you aren't getting laid off? hahahahahahahahahahahahhha

Looks like the talent show is to select the court jesters to perform after the blood letting on May 31 layoffs. Who doesn't need comic relief in management after such a debacle?
