If you think you got shafted because you didn't received any "rsus or a raise, while others did," it's not due to "no ryme (or) reason," but yes - given you make a Silicon Valley Salary, but can't spell "rhyme" - it is, in fact, "time to interview!"
G12, got letter awarding RSUs but no raise this week.

No raise is unheard. All of my co-workers got a raise ... and many got promoted. IMHO, some promotions came too early.
There probably is a reason but if you don't ask you'll never find out. Cisco employees do have a bit of an arrogant altitude towards pay rises and bonuses. Both are earned. If you do an average job don't expect a pay rise. All you are doing is what is expected of you. Do above what is expected and then get annoyed if you don't get a raise.

Yes, employees receiving salary increases and promotions will be notified starting April 26th, with raises effective April 30th in the US and May 1st elsewhere. Go Cisco!
