@SQjoQsx-1wad This is a 100% lie. There are no PITA assessments being done, Coach's have not been told to do them, there have been no threats to coach's. You wrap all your fears and anxieties into statements of truth but the fact is this is all untrue.

I don't know what may or may not happen to me or my team but to say we are doing PITA's now is a lie. Is it possible in the future? of course it is, do I trust Humana? No I don't, but you are either passing on bad information or just telling lies.

I think it is fair to say we are all feeling the stress of change

Point in time assessments are what everyone is graded on leading up to a rif. Your coach scores you, then those who scores the lowest are gone. The assessment at the last rif was based on a mixture of measurable data such as your mps score, but also included things that were subjective. In fact, most of the basis for the last rif was subjective

Why can’t any of the COMs see this is a no win situation we are all in, and pushing us, is pushing us out, if the theory that the people that survived the last rif were kept for a reason, and they speak of retention, and they see the numbers, the hours, and the pressure to correct the uncorrectable....the only answer is they are closing hah down, and have to do it by a certain time frame, and it will be like the live healthy program, it will be announced that hah will be gone ....does anyone else see the situation differently?

HUMANA INC - TEAMING UP WITH HOME-BASED MEDICAL CARE CO LANDMARK TO OFFER AN IN-HOME MEDICAL, BEHAVIORAL & PALLIATIVE CARE COORDINATION PROGRAM....

Looks like hah is going away, the point in times may just be the order in which we are all laid off, with two or three more rifs happening

How on earth can they do more layoffs when we can barely keep up? When is the next round of layoffs? I’m an hcmss, and there’s only 90 of us left, how can they lay off more? The only thing I can think of is they’re going to close out the whole program and somehow, with kindred and Curo, happening over the summer, they layoffs would be in May?

Coaches are not hourly. They have been working over doing the point in time assessments assigned for april. There was so much backlash over the last ones and the talk of favoritism that their feet are being held to fire on this one. Com's have told coaches if there is any talk at all of favoritism with this round they face immediate termination themselves without severance. Coaches are also having more and more pressure from coms to do more and more work, more associates to balance plus more expectations. And anyone who is not performing at peak coaches are being grilled on what they are doing to correct the "problem." It's a living nightmare for the coaches right now.

HCM-RN here. My manager has told us she is not hourly. I’ve never seen her this stressed before, even when we knew layoffs were coming.
