All the executives think that if they say it, it’s true.
Even funnier is they believe that if they say it, everyone believes them.
Like someone else said, it’s time for Doug and his Anadarko cronies to go. Actually they need a complete house cleaning from ops managers on up. The only thing they have done is assured the imminent end of CHK. Or bankruptcy.
Once again CHK overpayed for subpar performance.

Doug needs to go! Period!!! He has had plenty of time to show his magic and instead it's the smoke and mirrors show. Wow, the stock is starting to reside below $3/share on a regular basis even with rising oil prices. This company is done!

I remember Dougs first town hall after Aubrey was let go. I remember Ol'Doug stating that a major part of the reason was because Aubrey wasn't generating shareholder value, and how the board voted him in to bring value back to the shareholders.
I think Doug should re-evaluate and hold himself to the same standards.
