And...Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday! The moral is so low. People just don't care anymore. Pull the bandaid and get it over with all ready.
Their lack of proper business planning, inability to keep policies and or get new business is the reason for this. If they wouldn’t have added so much staff, been more conservative and had an ounce of business knowledge this would not be happening. It wasn’t over night or a year this happened it was a very very long time. Now we sit and wait. They made decisions to cut headcount do it and get it over. This is such a poor strategy and it is putting many people through a whole heck of a lot. Just make the cuts and give the additional time as severance,
I can see being hopeful about the future if you are still working there. You must have hope. You can say those people did not work hard but that is not true in most cases.
